Disclaimer: The information you submit is 100% confidential. Coaching sessions vary from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the needs of the client or the topic chosen. These sessions are held once or twice a week, and may involve phone coaching sessions. This is collaborative coaching, where you will partner up with a coach, to receive strategic resources, and advice that will challenge and encourage you to explore new avenues of thought. Your success will depend on your commitment and effort when it comes to completing coaching assignments, as well as how you interact with your coach during your sessions.

family fragmentation (meaning divorce and single parenthood) is occurring across all racial and ethnic groups in the US today.” Strong families are the foundation of strong communities, so it is important that we discuss some of the issues that are affecting relationships such as lack of communication, conflict resolution, parenting skills and finances, to name a few.

We will be discussing parenting strategies and share insights and resources from our Active Parenting Workshops. Coach Tami will also be hosting a 6 week Active Parenting Workshop.

As parents we want to leave a financial legacy for our children, as husbands& wives we want to make sure that we are financially stable so we can provide a decent way of life for ourselves and our families. Many times this is easier said than done. One of the main reason for the dissolution of marriages and the tension in many relationships is due to lack of finances or poor financial planning.

Emotional baggage is the emotions/feelings related to past experiences that can negatively influence how we react to situations and/or the life decisions we make.
