Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting my organization by purchasing a product from my website! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns
You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item and be eligible for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for the return shipping and handling to our warehouse.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you via email, as to the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, you have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase to return the item and to be eligible for an exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will notify you once we receive your package and your exchanged item will be shipped out to you.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for the shipping and handling fee to ship the replacement product.
Replacement of a defective product:
If you received a damaged or defective item, once it is shipped to our warehouse, we will inspect the item for the type of damage that occurred. If approved, we will ship out a replacement item at no cost to you.

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Replacement of a product due to an error on our part:
If you received the wrong product, because of an error on our part, we will be more than happy to ship you a replacement item at no cost to you.

We ship to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free Standard Ground Shipping in the 48 continental states on $50 or more and no ta. No sales tax imposed on any order.
